Bipolar Disorder Research Form The research is being conducted by Joan Kellogg, MA, MA, PsyD (cand), LCPC, CAP, PMAFA. Joan is a licensed psychotherapist and counseling astrologer with extensive experience assessing, referring for medication evaluation/management, and treating patients with mood disorders including bipolar disorder in her private practice. Previous research done by Joan has indicated that the astrological chart holds indicators for clinicians and astrologers that can be of invaluable assistance to those affected by this disorder. The results of the Bipolar Disorder Research Project will be shared with AstroDataBank.com and published. ALL personal information will remain confidential and the property of the The Healing Center LLC only. For purposes of confidentiality, the participants in the study will be assigned a code number.
